Grace Whiteside (they/them; Brooklyn, NY) is an artist whose evolving body of work explores queering pop-culture’s hegemonic representation of the body through a multidisciplinary practice using glass, performance, and video art.

Their work – often including performances with hot glass, props, and audience play – has enlivened venues including:

In 2020 they founded Sticky Glass, a collaborative glass design line featured in Page Six, InStyle Magazine, Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, Sight Unseen, HGTV Magazine, Cool Hunting, MILK Decor, Bon Appétit and more.

Whiteside was a recipient of a 2023 NYSCA Grant for Individual Artists,  named one of Forbes’ 30 under 30 in 2024 and received the 10 Under 10 award from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2024.
